An autopsy has been carried out on Tunde Nafiu, who was shot by an operative of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Iwo, Osun State last week.
Nafiu, 30, was shot by a SARS official in Iwo, Osun State, in the presence of four others SARS officials who were all drunk.
According to a representative of the family, Dr W.A. Oluogun, a pathologist with Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, carried out the autopsy.
Speaking with SaharaReporters, the family representative revealed that the bullet pierced three parts of his body — his arm, ribs and liver.
Olafimihan Adeoye, Commissioner of Police in Osun State, had assured Nafiu’s family that the “erring officer will be made to face the full wrath of the law”.
