Sergio Aguero’s wonderful first half goal will be lost in the game’s bigger headlines, as a Finnbogason equalizer, followed by a missed Messi penalty, provided the main talking points at full time.
It was a frustrating game for Messi, who had to live with Iceland perpetually doubling up on him, with sometimes as many as 4 Iceland defenders swarming the Barca man.
