The Official portraits of Nigeria’s President-elect and his vice-president, have been unveiled by the media team in Abuja
And after being sworn in on 29 May, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari will now want to be addressed simply as Muhammadu Buhari, President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria.
His deputy will also be addressed as Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Please, whoever approved this shot of the President-elect should have it done again. The portrait is one of a sadness and a tinge of fear within. For ‘change’ sake the man was a combatant general.
For the Vice President, a smile without the teeth showing would have been okay.
