It’s important to understand that each of us has the capacity to help humanity through the gestures that we make possible in our space.

Be real with your story…

Your story is your lifestyle. Your values/convictions. Your words. Your attitude. Your struggles.

It may be lost on you but your story affects a lot of people in your space in one way or the other.

Especially, in this era of the social media.

It’s my utmost conviction that part of what will count against anybody (in life) is how many souls they knowingly misled.

A lot of people out there are highly impressionable.

If your story must be out there, then, it’s a moral obligation to keep it real.

Otherwise be silent about it.

It will be mean if a story that is so loud has no iota of truth in it.

Let people learn from both your glory and ‘otherwise’ moments.

Don’t sell them impressions that are far from your reality.

That’s not ‘packaging’.

It’s called LIVING A LIE!

If we understand that every story can touch a life for good, we will learn to simply keep it real.

Don’t kill the reputation of others with ugly ‘talks’, but kill every ugly talk (about others) that reaches your stable…

This is more about you than another.

Once you can contain that urge to pass off ‘ugly’ tales about others, you are well on your way to mastery of the self.

It takes a huge willpower not to let oneself become the conduit for malicious talks.

I mean, it’s easier to run down another than acknowledge their ‘bright light’.

But humanity isn’t better off in a world that the ‘shine’ of others is viciously dimmed with ugly demeanour.

Keep the chain of goodness unbroken…

When you make whoever was good to you regret their action,

You have unknowingly broken the chain of goodness in humanity!

It’s most likely that whoever you repaid their goodness with evil won’t bother with similar gestures – towards others.

Please bear this in mind when you turn around to bite the hand that fed you,

When you fail to pay back the money lent to you or when you reward a positive gesture with ingratitude.

Don’t be the reason someone else is denied of some ‘goodness’.

Greed is a stressor to humanity…

You actually stress humanity when you can’t live within your means.

This is one of the results of the numerous inhuman means to wealth acquisition in this age.

Also…

If whatever you are struggling (for) with another is so you can wear that extra gold,

Or add another car to your fleet while they need it to send a child to school or put food on the table…let them have it.

This (to me) exemplifies ‘fairness of attitude’.

When it’s a need to another and just a want to you…please let it go.

A life could depend on that.

It can also be all that is needed for a destiny to find its path.

Don’t be a stumbling block to anybody’s life path by ‘grabbing’ what you don’t need.

Let those that need it have it.

Give back to humanity…

As much as we like to downplay this,

The fact remains that every one of us is where we are today due to the magnanimity of someone somewhere.

From the teacher that just had to ‘dash’ you that 1 per cent for you to hit a pass mark, to ‘benefits’ that you are oblivious of their source.

Make a conscious effort to give back to humanity…through charity, volunteer works, mentoring, etc.

Don’t go through life ‘taking’ and never ‘giving’.

I also know that nobody is too busy or too poor to be charitable.

It’s all in the ‘desire’ to care.
