All students are to vacate the various halls of residence immediately. No student should remain in the halls of residence after 10.00a.m on Friday, 8th April, 2016. A decision to re-open for normal academic activities will be taken as soon as municipal services improve.”
It urged all members of the University community to go about their normal activities as adequate security measures have been put in place Meanwhile, Police from Sabo, Denton, Surulere, Bariga and Orile divisions, in 8 patrol vans, on Thursday morning had mounted surveillance at the Akoka end of the gate leading to the University of Lagos.
