Thank you for the good work you are doing. I have been thinking who can help broadcast what is going on at Ojodu Primary Health care center. For the past few months, No light no water. We were told that the prepaid meter is faulty, same has been reported to the local government but no response despite all efforts made.
The Primary Health care center is a 24hours flagship and serves the people of Lagos and Ogun State It is situated at Gbadamosi near Morgan Estate Phase II Ojodu.
Health workers are suffering day and night inside heat. Patients discharge themselves against medical advise after delivery they are meant to stay for at least 24hours under observation but due to non availability of water and power supply.
The Generator outside the facility is only on for 1 hour out of 24hours to disguise……
The health sector is suffering in this era of Lassa fever not to talk of Coronavirus God forbid but one needs to be cautious.
Please help broadcast till Commissioner of health visit the facility. People are afraid to talk so that they will not face any consequence since they have no other job. It is an emergency situation. Help us.
The Chairman of the Local government, MOH is also there. Head of Administration too is in the local government. Lagos State Primary Health care board should come to our aid. At least on immunization day nothing less than 50- 80 babies in attendance etc. For confirmation if there is a way you can visit or send someone to visit and make enquiry.
