I humbly appeal to President Muhammadu Buhari to kindly reconsider the condition of the sacked staff of the defunct Air Nigeria (Virgin Nigeria). The Chairman of the aviation company sacked all the staff on the pages of newspapers on September 6, 2012 without paying the arrears of three or four months’ salaries owed them.
Also, the chairman had stopped remitting our pensions to the appropriate Pension Fund Authorities as soon as he assumed office in 2010. I want to appeal to the Federal Government to help us to look into these issues so that we can collect what rightfully belongs to us.
