After the news of the victim’s death broke, angry youth took to the streets in protest.
SARS has been accused of indiscriminate killings on different occasions.
When TheCable visited Sunday evening, vehicular movement had stopped on road and motorists appeared stranded.
“We’ve been here for an hour now, we cannot move because the road is blocked and we can still hear gunshots,” one of the motorists said.
“We heard there is a clash between cult boys and SARS in the area.”
Many are still stranded on both lanes of the road plied by thousands of residents on a daily basis.
