This is a permanent role with ACCION Microfinance Bank, the incumbent will hold the Marketing & Communications manager position, with direct line authority and responsibility to identify market based business opportunities and translates them into products/ services as key to the value generation in the business. Importantly the incumbent will also lead the design and implementation of all the Marketing strategies to achieve the business goals for all products. In this capacity, the incumbent will be key support to the CEO and will directly supervise all staff in charge of product development and marketing implementation, while working in team with the Sales staff and in collaboration with branch staff to ensure successful execution of designated strategies.
