Dear Jimi: Proudly Green

Good day Sir.

Trust you are having a good day (you seem incapable of having a bad day actually).

Firstly, I thank you for your voice. Your views- mature, intelligent, logical and passionate. I can not say I had always agreed with you (and I know you know that’s okay) but we’ve agreed on like 80%. You have earned my respect and I have learnt to listen and learn from your wealth of experience- the youth sure needs a lot of guidance especially now.

The diverse issues in the polity, the hard to comprehend unending drama. Political immaturity concatenated with corruption. The rich yet poor leaders we parade evident from their insatiable appetite for more “nothings” and their intolerance to diversity. These had made people like me grow numb- Unmoved, unconcerned and immune. I called it also “a brother has no name syndrome” because this my quick fix was the only logical way to preserve my sanity. However your voice fanned back to flame my hope and thats why I thank you.

Recently I directed a video- country without rats. See link below

Its a short video addressing our need to “go local”. Its a self sponsored skit and I permit your posting it sir on your blog or any platform you deem fit.

You inspire a whole lot of us and the skit is proof. We might not call in at the discorse or tweet at FPN but be sure you reach much more than you know.

Conclusively Sir, you have earned my respect and it is not in anyway premised on promoting my video so I wont be retracting it. I pray more grease to your elbow especially in the expanse of your reach.

Kind regards

Teni
