Olówu of Òwu in Abeokuta stylishly agrees with Olubara.
In same Abeokuta, the Oba Osile Oke-Ona Egba is a born again Christian and has a Christian Evangelical Ministry which he runs personally.
Aláké of Egba has a Church chapel next to his bedroom in the palace and the St. Peter’s Cathedral just overlooking the palace.
Olúwo Ìwó is a pathetic case. He is rascally and fancies himself an Emir.

I am not sure we can count the number of Obas between Lagos and Ogun States.
These days it seems the major duty and business of our OBA is to supervise LAND SALES and act as CHIEF MOBILIZERS for Politicians.
Administratively, even the Aláàfin and Ooni are under the LGA CHAIRMAN and they are the ones to write a SACK LETTER for either of the two.
To drive this point home a YORUBA OBA isn’t regarded to have been duly constituted until the State Governor comes to hand him his staff of office at the village square.
And the Governor can jolly well retrieve that staff of office anytime he likes, when the Kabiyesi is not “behaving” properly.
Afesoma Sharta I am not sure I saw Delta State Governor handing over staff of office to Ogiame Atunwatse III of Itshekiri or did I miss it?
In all of these, the PEOPLE WHO OWN THE GOVERNOR, GOVERNMENT, OBAS AND THRONES are looking as the Nigerian system rubbishes our HERITAGE.
We do nothing.
We can’t do nothing.
The people doing this to us were smart enough to have first attacked us ECONOMICALLY to reduce us to mind-numbing state of poverty and they have also corrupted and blinded us with religion so we don’t see the glaring threats facing us to understand it is a clear a EXISTENTIAL THREAT.
We can’t continue like this!!!!
