Last week marked a liberal shift in the trajectory of our dear country’s developmental journey; finally retailing Nigerian crude on Nigerian soil to Nigerian buyers.
The cess —hexed by a relentless, intemperate oil cabal within, and cohorts without —has been finally broken. Hopefully, it’s an easy coast, to more victories, from here on out.
Nigeria has turned the curve, all on the strapping supports of an astute entrepreneur, one who dared the uncharted waters, staking over $20billion on a marshy outstretch in one of Lagos’ boondocks, to build —from rough sands —what remains the most daring, most audacious project ever undertaken by a Nigerian on Nigerian soil in Nigerian history; a triple-threat.
Plus, due approbations to the President and his dexterous team, for staying on business, haven tirelessly worked to even out operational impediments —as expected —exemplified by the heated set-to in the Dangote versus the NNPC versus the NUPRC imbroglio.
Hopefully, we are well past the sore patches as our sure path to greatness lends itself to our determined pace.
Great day, Nigeria.
I am chuffed, as always.
