I have downloaded the mobile app but it is not opening. This will be the third time which I will complain and nothing was done to help out.

Skye Bank please help, I tried recharging from my internet account but it always refers to a particular reference number, what does that mean? I thought I will just log in my four digit pin, and my number and amount and that’s it. Please help.
