An helicopter has crashed into a lagoon at the Oworosoki axis of the third mainland bridge in Lagos. A resident of the area told TheCable that the incident happened around 3pm. Yakubu Dati, spokesman of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), confirmed the report but said he does not have details. “It is true but we are still trying to piece the information together. The appropriate agencies are mobilising on site. So, we are waiting for information,” he told TheCable. More to follow…
