A political group, Assembly for the Defence of Ondo Peoples Agenda, has described one of the All Progressives Congress governorship aspirants in Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Abraham, as a puppet of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
A statement by the group on Tuesday, urged the people of Ondo State to support an independent-minded candidate rather than support a candidate that would take orders from a godfather, who did not know the needs of the state.
According to the statement signed by the group’s spokesperson, Mr. Henry Oladunjoye, delegates must take the bull by the horns by voting for a credible aspirant during the APC primary coming up on Saturday.
The group berated Abraham, whom he described as being excessively subservient to Tinubu, adding that Ondo State cannot afford to place its fortunes in the hands of strangers.
“Ondo State must be careful not to sell its soul to selfish political merchants. The people of Ondo State must put the future of their children into consideration when choosing their next governor,” the statement said.

What is the problem with this people. Why don’t you go and do your home work and stop chasing shadows. This is just an excuse to reject the outcome of the primary if they eventually lost to a better prepare and mote strategic candidate.
